Artwork 1: Silent Heroes

The work Silent Heroes is a tribute to the silent soldiers who "sweep" mountains of waste every day. Places full of waste, stench, corpses of creatures, animals, etc. greatly affect the lives of households neighboring that area. Silent soldiers don't care if they get paid or benefited or not, they are always ready to "fight" with those mountains of waste just because their hearts always want a better world. That's why they deserve praise and encouragement from everyone around the world. It would be wonderful if each of us were a silent hero!

The Silent Heroes poster was designed by me and divided into very meticulous visual levels. Because this is a poster praising silent soldiers, I want viewers to look at the soldiers below first when looking at the poster. So I increased the amount of detail (garbage, flowers, leaves, soldiers, etc.) in the lower third of the frame, as well as used highlight colors to give more emphasis to the soldiers. The title text was chosen to be quite thin so as not to attract too much attention, allowing viewers to focus more on soldiers. In addition, the combination of Hertine and Gobold Hollow fonts are two high-contrast fonts, contributing to making typography more interesting. Details such as butterflies, plastic bottles, trash bags, etc. They are arranged in a natural layout and according to the laws of perspective and convergence to create a comfortable, natural feeling, without any artificial or fake feeling. Through the work Silent Heroes, I want to convey a strong message of environmental protection to everyone, and at the same time praise the great efforts of volunteer soldiers who work tirelessly every day to help the world become better and cleaner.

Artwork 2: Reclamation

The message I want to convey through this work is "Improving land - Improving life". As we know, soil is one of the most important elements for humanity in general and for farmers in particular. Good soil will help bring bumper crops, plant growth performance, and produce outstanding products. Besides, bad soil and nutrient-deficient soil will reduce crop productivity and, more seriously, will cause plants to be unable to germinate. Therefore, improving and protecting farmland is extremely necessary for farmers to have a good harvest, limit the waste of land, as well as contribute to enriching and developing the country. Through the work Reclamation, I want to clearly show viewers the importance and difference between bad land and good land, thereby contributing to raising awareness about protecting and improving land.

The soil environment is also an environment that deserves everyone's attention and protection, no less than the water and air environments. The poster Reclamation uses an asymmetrical balanced layout, aiming to differentiate between both pictures and bring more comfort and naturalness than a symmetrical balanced layout. Typography is also divided along the oblique lines of the layout and the left part of the typography uses a cracked effect to metaphorize a piece of dry land, contributing to creating a highlight, reflecting the current state of bad soil, bringing interesting and contributing to the more balanced composition for the overall frame.
